About This Workshop
Beyond DEI is a four-part workshop series equips people to move beyond performative diversity efforts by embedding anticolonial principles into strategy. Combining principles of strategy design with an explicitly anti-colonial framework, we will re-align our heart set, mindset and skillsets to reset the ways that we operate. The workshops will provide participants with a framework for anticolonial analysis to apply in their work and practical tools to incorporate decolonized approaches into their work.
The result: Participants have a clear roadmap toward strategies that challenge narratives of domination, extraction, and exploitation in organizational contexts.
